We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Banks.com uses a small set of functional storage items to keep sign-in flows working across tabs and future browser sessions and to preserve landing campaign details during the current browser session. These include localStorage keys for consumer and admin sessions and sessionStorage for marketing attribution parameters captured from the landing URL.
Optional preference, statistics, and marketing storage is on by default unless you opt out. Preference storage includes the banks_cookie_preferences localStorage record and sidebar:state admin cookie. Marketing tools may set Google measurement cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _gid, and _gcl_au when those tags are enabled.
You can review or change these choices any time on our opt-out preferences page We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.
4. Third-Party Partners
When you submit a matching request, your information may be shared with the financial partners you are matched with so they can evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Each partner operates under their own privacy policy.
We may also use third-party service providers for analytics, communications, and infrastructure. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
