Banks.com is a financial product matching and information platform. We provide structured, non-promotional content about financial products and connect consumers with vetted financial service providers based on their stated needs.

Banks.com is not a lender, financial advisor, broker, or debt settlement company. We do not make credit decisions or guarantee that any particular financial product will be available to you. Matching results are informational and subject to each partner's own underwriting criteria.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Banks.com. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting a matching request, and to update that information as necessary.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, scraping or harvesting data without written consent, and interfering with other users' use of the Platform.

All content on Banks.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Banks.com or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Banks.com may display links to third-party websites or partner applications. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a partner's site or submitting an application is governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy.

Banks.com may receive compensation from partners when a consumer is matched or referred. This compensation does not influence our neutral, structured approach to presenting financial product information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banks.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Banks.com's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Banks.com in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
